I see many construction and property projects available for investment through a regional center. However, I’m not sure if this also applies to direct EB-5 investments. The idea of owning a part of a business is appealing, but I have concerns about whether there are safe options for investing my money directly into a business in an industry I’m unfamiliar with. What are some successful direct EB-5 projects that I should consider as references?
