As a former F-1 student, it has been 15 weeks since I filed the proper paperwork for the I-485 and the I-765 applications to adjust my status for working in the US. It’s been 11 weeks since the fingerprints were received. I understand there is a delay in processing times, but what else can I do to expedite the process?

EB-5 Immigration attorneysCurrently your case seems to be within normal limits of processing. There is no way to expedite the processing of the case as it is a life line and it is essentially first in first out basis.
