I am looking at different options of EB-5 projects with regional centers, many of which are very attractive. I am concerned for the safety of my money and the reputation of the regional center. I understand I need to make a decision to apply, but what if my regional center behaves in a way that affects my application? Can I switch projects while I’m still applying?
