Can you please share other EB-5 investors positive experiences? I want to learn as much as possible about the process and wonder what is the factor that makes a good application. I am starting to look into this investor visa before it becomes even more expensive.

EB-5 Immigration attorneysA good EB-5 investor must work together very closely with his immigration attorney to work for your lawful source of funds' documentation and each stage of works from I-526E, NVC or I-485, and I-829 processes. Also, you should seek advice from an attorney with experience in investment and finance, or an investor advisor to give your advice about the EB-5 project in terms of its feasibility to create sufficient jobs, safety of your capital, how and when your funds will be returned, and how the regional center will keep you informed of the progress of the project. You need to be familiar with the terms and conditions of the investment documents you sign.
