What happens to projects if the EB-5 program is not renewed?

If the project I am interested in investing in is new, has yet to start construction, and the 2-year mandatory period happens to cover the time when the program ends (September 2027), then what will happen to that investment?

That should not be an issue but make sure that job creation is likely.

Redeployment of funds may be an option. Would need to know more facts. If money was put into project and requisite jobs created the I-829 should still be approvable.

What happens to the investment will be determined by your agreement with
the company you invested in.
