My EB-5 initial project(JCE has successfully met all requirements, including creating enough jobs, but the project is about to repay early, thus I am facing the “Further Deployment” due to my backlog. If the second project fails or cannot create enough jobs, except for the capital loss, will it affect my I-829 petition? Will my priority date change when I redeploy my money into the second project? Can I submit the I-485 based on the priority date of the initial project? Will I be asked to resubmit the I-526 based on the second project?
