I concurrently filed in October for my EB-5 visa while on an H-1B visa. I am an Iranian national, raised in India. I have yet to receive approval of my application. I am concerned now about further delays and challenges, given the ongoing conflict. My status remains pending on the website. No notice of any kind yet.

EB-5 Immigration attorneysThey should adjudicate the I-526 as normal, but the I-485 will pend – you can get work and travel benefits if you requested them.
