One of the projects I am considering investing in has yet to receive I-956F approval. The regional center said they filed 4 months ago. What happens if this project receives approval after the September deadline?

EB-5 Immigration attorneysSeptember 30, 2026 is the grandfather deadline for those who filed their application or petition before 9/30. Even the application or petition will be approved after 9/30, it is still protected under the existing RIA.
