Will my application be put on hold, as were those filed before the Reform and Integrity Act of 2002? Because I see that many investors who filed before that year are still waiting for their applications to be processed.

EB-5 Immigration attorneysThere was not a blanket policy to put them on hold, and many have been adjudicated. If the EB-5 program is extended as we expect, I don’t see any consequences to your individual case.
