Some of the documentation I must provide for my ongoing EB-5 application after an RFE must be original; the official translation was rejected, and there is no time for another translation, as it would take longer than a month. So I will be sending those papers (mostly trust fund and bank statements and certificates) directly to my attorney in the US. This is a very last-minute thing due to a particular situation that was just resolved. The rest of the documents are already in the US and filed. What happens if they arrive after the September 30 deadline? I am investing in a regional center.

EB-5 Immigration attorneysYour grandfathering protection is secure if your initial I-526E filing date/priority date is before 09/30/2026. Any post-09/30/2026 supplemental or subsequent filing, including any RFE response, will not change that.
