What happens if my rural EB-5 project changes TEA status?

Would it affect my application if the location status of my EB-5 project changes from rural to metropolitan? As it turns out, the state where the project I am interested in is has seen this happen many times.

I would have to look up the regulation, but my recollection is you are protected if rural when you filed.

The regional center needs to amend the I-956F, and your I-526E’s adjudication time is likely to be delayed because rural projects’ I-526Es are prioritized for adjudication.
