What happens if an EB-5 investor’s new advance parole gets approved while abroad?

What if a new Advance Parole document is approved while I’m traveling abroad using an old but valid Advance Parole? Would I run into issues while reentering?

You should have your new Advance Parole document couriered to you. However, you should be able to use the older one to return to the U.S. if it is still valid.

There should be no issue as each advance parole is valid for a new period and there is typically no overlap. Hence you should be able to travel without an issue.

No – I suggest you have it overnighted to you to use to travel back to the U.S. unless your old one still has time left on it and you are returning before it expires.
