I’ve been researching the EB-5 visa program and I’ve discovered that the waiting time can be quite long, particularly for individuals from countries with backlogs like China. Also, fraud and scams are a possibility if I choose the wrong project or regional center. I do believe I can secure the necessary investment funds from my savings but I’m worried about the safety of my investment. I understand that it must be invested “at risk,” but what I mean is that it won’t be stolen or used for something else. What guarantee can I demand that my money will be properly operated?

EB-5 Immigration attorneysThere is no guarantee – you need to do your due diligence like any investment. I do recommend selecting a project with a proven immigration track record.
