Why is the final action date important for my EB-5 application? I understand that for people who are not living in China or India, this date remains current, but if my country (Vietnam) were to change, what does it mean? Should I be concerned?

EB-5 Immigration attorneysFinal action date is critical because if backlogged you can file an adjustment and can also impact child age out and is basically a waiting line and it will come.

EB-5 Immigration attorneysThe Visa Bulletin governs which chart applies to your case (based on EB-5 project type and your country of birth). This is important when you file the adjustment or immigrant visa but the Final Action Date must be current when USCIS or DOS are ready to issue you permanent residency approval.
