There is so much contradicting information on the Internet about the real time it takes the U.S. immigration authorities to process an EB-5 application that I’m confused. Is it really taking three months to get the first part of the visa application approved? What about the other stages. I am really concerned about the waiting period of two years because I want to move my family to the U.S. as soon as possible. Is it really slow to adjust status and then get the permanent visa? Is all the effort I take to select a good investment going to pay off in the end? Is there anything I can do to make the process go quicker?
