As a business owner, I have investments and savings in my home country, enough to make the EB-5 investment. However, I am concerned about the additional costs involved. How much does it really cost to apply for this visa, including legal advice and other related expenses?

Immigration attorneysIf you join a regional center's program, they will charge the administrative fee of about $40,000 to $60,000. In addition, the attorney's fee is about $20,000. The filing fee for I-526E is $12160. If you need to file I-485 together with I-765 (working authorization) and I-131 (advance parole), it will cost $2,330 for one person. For the I-829, the current filing fee is $9,525.
