What are all the EB-5 fees, and which are refundable?

What other fees do I have to pay to apply for EB-5 besides the brokerage service fee, legal fees, documentation fee, project management fee, project investment amount, I-526 application fee, medical examination fee, and I-829 application fee? Which are refundable if the application is unsuccessful?

Not sure what the “documentation fee” and “project management fee” are. Also “brokerage fee”? Investment + subscription fee go to the project/RC. Legal fee to the attorney representing you. Filing fees go to the gov’t/USCIS. Generally, nothing is “refundable” except for maybe the admin fee assuming you have a denial due to a project issue. If all goes well, the investment will be paid back.
