For how long will the lower fees be available for EB-5 investors? I am reading this will be a temporary window, but how soon will this change? I am starting to research the EB-5 visa option, so I have not yet begun working with an attorney or completing the extensive paperwork required for the application. Is this window of opportunity going to last enough for me to prepare my petition?
