I submitted 485 in October of 2023 when Chart B had my priority date current, but not Chart A. Now my PD has become current on Chart A, but my physical examination has expired after nearly three years. Should I proactively get a new examination, or passively wait till a potential RFE from USCIS?

EB-5 Immigration attorneysI would wait for RFE – doesn’t hurt to get it I guess but don’t mail in until RFE.
