How will I get my I-829 approved if my EB-5 regional center doesn”t file for re-designation?

USCIS has de-authorized all regional centers. How will I get my I-829 approved when no regional centers exit per new guidelines? I am not sure if my regional center is going to apply for re-designation.

The guidance is clear on this point that the case can continue without a regional center but it is hard to see how this will work in real life if they do not provide the documents to show job creation.

Good question and I have not seen the answer to this yes other than your option to redeploy funds.
