What will happen to our pending I-485/EAD/AP since the EB-5 regional program was not reauthorized?

It looks like the EB-5 program has not been reauthorized in the CR bill. Is USCIS planning to reevaluate the program at the end of this year? Will our pending I-485/EAD/AP be revoked?

    No, CIS would deny the I-485 and cancel the EAD/I-131.

    I am confident that Congress will extend the regional center program for the 31st time, but it may not happen until February. Meanwhile, I am expecting USCIS will grant another 90-day extension for Congress to act.

    For now they continue to pend - hoping for re-authorization after February 18.
