My OPT is expiring, what is my best option to keep a full-time job in the U.S.?

I’m on STEM OPT right now, which expires in February of 2021. My Student visa expired in June of 2020. I filed for an I-130 in March of 2020 and received a receipt notice. Two month back, I I also filed for I-485, a concurrent filling including a request for Work Authorization. It was denied due to improper fees so I sent it again with correct fees and it was received on Nov. 4, 2020. Considering this situation, what is my best option to keep a full-time job in the U.S.?

Extend your STEM OPT if your employer has signed up for E-Verify and will complete the I-983 training program.

Based on the facts given, you need to stop working until your EAD is approved unless you can get a STEM extension.

It appears you will have to wait for a new EAD as part of the I-485 file. You may be able to expedite it due to the circumstances.
