I am interested in the EB-5 investor visa and its benefits, but because of my business, I don’t have too much time to dedicate to getting the application done. I understand I should hire a lawyer for this, but is there a way to get this process done faster? Maybe I’m asking too much, but I see other immigration processes in Europe being so much faster than the one in the U.S. In some cases, you just buy property, send in the paperwork and it’s done. I’d really appreciate your guidance on this.

Find EB-5 Visa Lawyers: Immigration Attorneys DirectoryYou need to have a good team to support you as the EB-5 process is fairly complex and options to do concurrent filing versus applying abroad need to be considered as well as ensuring you invest in a good project that provides a green card and return of capital within a reasonable time.

Find EB-5 Visa Lawyers: Immigration Attorneys DirectoryCertain categories are much faster than others and certain Regional Centers are more organized than others. We can work as fast as the documents from all parties get to us such as your proof of funds from legal sources.

Find EB-5 Visa Lawyers: Immigration Attorneys DirectoryThe EB-5 petition is much more complex than other country investment visas as it's tied to job creation (not simply buying property, for example). Certain investment profiles could serve as a valid reason for expediting the I-526E petition. I strongly recommend working with an immigration
lawyer well versed in EB-5 for your petition process.
