Can I travel and re-enter the U.S. with my advanced parole (I-131) after I have been interviewed for my green card? Is my I-131 still valid?

Immigration AttorneysYes, your I-131 is valid after the green card interview. However, if you have just interviewed, wait to pick up your green card before travelling as the new approved green card will now replace and render the I-131 invalid. Thus, the new green card becomes the only document you can use to travel out and re-enter the U.S.

Immigration AttorneysYes, it is valid but if your case is approved while you out, it is not and you need the actual green card, which may be delayed.

Immigration AttorneysYes. Although travel is not recommended, the advance parole should still be valid as long as it is unexpired and your I-485 remains pending.
