Is it mandatory to submit a birth certificate with my full name?

Does my birth certificate have to indicate my full name? First and last? Not all states in India do this, and my birth certificate has my first name and the initials of my last name. Further down in the document, there is a box filled out with my father’s name, matching my initials, and my passport. My wife’s and my daughter’s are the same. Will there be any issues with my EB-5 application due to this?

If the birth certificate does not precisely meet the requirements of the department of state, you can use secondary evidence of your birth, that is affidavits and other records to prove your date of birth and name.

I would plan to also include secondary evidence.
