I have my coffee trading business in Colombia and was thinking about opening an office in Miami, but now that Trump is threatening with bans and sanctions because Colombia does not want the deportees back, I am concerned my application will be hurt. My plan was to enter through the E2 visa and then apply for the EB-5 green card. Is this still feasible or will my application be turned down just because I am Colombian? Should I wait until the situation has settled?
