Is EB-5 the best option for a business enterpreneur?

Should I apply for the E-2, as my country is a treaty nation, or the O-1A Visa, which is more affordable?

Generally, the E-2 visa is more relevant for an entrepreneur than the O-1 visa, which requires sponsorship. Affordability is subjective. To qualify for an E2 visa requires a substantial investment. The O-1 doesn't require any investment, however, it also doesn't take into consideration the opportunity to self-petition whereas, for an entrepreneur, the E-2 does allow for you to apply for the visa based on your investment into a qualifying business.
