I am still waiting for my EB-5 visa application to come through, but I concurrently filed, so I have my advance parole. However, due to the current situation of U.S. immigrants having issues when traveling back to the U.S., I am really worried this permit is not enough. Because of my work, I need to attend several symposiums throughout this year. I want to avoid issues at border control.
