What can I do if NVC have not received my approved I-824 petition after 4 months?

I received my I-824 approval notice in October 2020 and it said USCIS will transfer my case to NVC. However, I called NVC and they replied they do not have my record in their system, which means they have not received the petition from USCIS. What should I do at this moment?

IPO has been very slow to transfer cases; you can follow up with the IPO in accordance with current procedures.

You may need to call USCIS and see what they have done with the I-824.

You will need to contact the USCIS again.

Email to nvcresearch@state.gov with all identifying information; also call USCIS Customer Service.
