I am still waiting for my EB-5 application to come through. Once the adjustment of status stage begins, I will have to return to my home country (Costa Rica). I’d just like to know how long the process would take since the embassy isn’t solely dedicated to this.

EB-5 Immigration attorneysWe won’t know until I-536 is approved and the process at NVC is completed. There is a link that shows processing times at various consulates after you are documentarily qualified at the NVC stage.
