I would like to understand how the gold card will affect the processing of my EB-5 application if I were to apply now? There’s confusing information online about the gold card replacing the EB-5 visa and then others saying they will work together.

EB-5 Immigration attorneysIt is all talk so far and not an option. The EB-5 program came through Congress so that is likely to be a parallel program if the “Gold” card ever comes to fruition.
