Will the gold card eventually replace the EB-5 visa? Will the US government prioritize resources and efforts to review gold card applications over ongoing EB-5 applications? Should I wait until the gold card comes out and we finally see what it is all about, so it does not affect my application?

EB-5 Immigration attorneysThere is no gold card law yet, and I anticipate it will be a new program in addition to the current EB-5 program—the EB-5 program would have to be ended by Congress.
