It will help many persons from India stuck in the waiting line, but it will hurt everyone else; waiting lines for people from countries other than India will skyrocket for employment-based sponsorship cases. This is a bad bill that pits one group against another. The correct solution is to increase the quotas that George Bush Sr. set in 1990, which has not been changed in over 30 years, even though our economy has grown by more than five times what it was back then.
