These are moving very quickly for the I-526 assuming source of funds is clear and submittal is complete – some in less than 6 months.

Rural project’s I-526E is prioritized under the RIA. Our records show it takes about 6-9 months after the I-956F is approved, but it still depends, some takes longer.
