I received my I-526E approval last week for my application, which was filed while I was in the US. By when can I expect to receive my conditional Green Card?

EB-5 Immigration attorneysIf you go through visa process, currently may take about 8-10 months. If you’ve already been in the U.S. and filed I-485, it may take about 4-6 months to get your conditional green card.

EB-5 Immigration attorneysIf you are not in the U.S., you will need to process your immigrant visa through the U.S. consulate in your home country. You will get your green card after you enter the U.S. using that immigrant visa.
