The August Visa Bulletin said that more EB-5 visas are available for applicants from India in the Unreserved category who filed before November 15, 2019. I filed shortly after that day and my priority date is December 2, 2019. How soon can I expect the final action date to eventually include my priority date if unused visa numbers from other categories continue to be reallocated to Unreserved?

EB-5 Immigration attorneysGood question. I would look at the first few months of the next fiscal year – October 2025 + as new numbers are available each government fiscal year.
