I am a Venezuelan nurse on an H-1B visa. I still have 2 years to go. I was planning to start my EB-5 application process earlier this year, but the travel ban went into effect. I was already in the US but it affected new applications. I just read that a court ruling could allow me to file for this visa now. How long do I have?

EB-5 Immigration attorneysThe EB-5 process is lengthy, and you should start now. One can not predict possible ups and downs, but you can start making progress.

We expect that the government will appeal and ask for a stay, which would allow the government to continue this policy while the case is being reviewed by the appellate court. This ruling will remain in effect unless and until a stay is granted or the decision is overturned by a higher court.
