I’m a Turkish national studying a Master’s in the US. I will begin my PhD in the Fall. I have a summer vacation trip planned to visit the Iximche ruins in Guatemala to celebrate this important milestone in my Anthropology studies. My university is already helping with the SEVIS transfer and the new I-20, so I can do it by the time I travel in July. Should I also employ an attorney to assist me with this travel plan?
