I have a couple of projects I want to source through EB-5 TEA, and I am working with a few prospective investors. I would like some guidance on this setup. What are my options?

EB-5 Immigration attorneysUnfortunately, a private project may only have one EB-5 investor so you may need to start or linkup with an existing Regional Center if you want multiple EB-5 investors.

EB-5 Immigration attorneysIf you plan to get more than one EB5 investors, you need to become a USCIS-designated regional center first (or associate with one). Also, before you can get any investors, you need to file a project application Form I-956F with USCIS.
