My I-526 and I-485 were both denied eight months ago. After filing the MTR/MTC for the I-526, it has now been approved. What are my options now to file a new I-485? Should we either reopen or refile the I-526 and retain its priority date?

Immigration attorneysWhen they reopened and approved the I-526, was the I-485 also re-opened? Normally if you listed both; both would be reopened? If not then just re-file the I-485 assuming you are still in status and attach the approved I-526 if Priority Date is current.
