I filed a concurrent I-526E and I-485 package about a month ago. USCIS rejected the I-485 within 10 days of processing because the priority date could not be established, but the system has no record of the I-526E so far. Should I wait for the I-526E to appear?

EB-5 Immigration attorneysIf your project is rural, HUA or infrastructure, there is no backlog as of today. I guess it may be due to USCIS’s lockbox staff’s overlooking or mistake, or your Form I-485 has mistakes. You can file the Form I-485 again.
