How should I file my EB-5 application from abroad?

Would it be better for me to hire a migration agency to handle the application, or should I hire an attorney in the US? Would this mean I need to travel to the US to hire this person?

An EB-5 immigrant Petition for alien investor is a petition that is filed with the USCIS. Having an attorney who is an expert in U.S. immigration laws/regulations etc., file the Petition would be the recommended course of action. You would not need to travel to the U.S. to
engage the services of an immigration attorney - all communications and transactions can be done via email/telephone/zoom, etc.

Same way. Makes no difference where you file.

Whether you hire a U.S. immigration attorney based in the United States or abroad is largely irrelevant. What is important is that the attorney is licensed to practice law in the United States and has experience handling EB-5 matters.
If you will be pursuing consular processing, a U.S. immigration attorney based abroad may offer the additional advantage of having extensive experience with the consular processing stage and the practical aspects of handling cases through U.S. embassies and consulates.
