Do we send the redeployment documents showing funds invested in the second project for the I-829 application and the operating agreement showing evidence of the Investor’s Management Role?

Generally, redeployment documents may be submitted with the I-829 to show that the EB-5 investment remained “at risk” throughout the sustainment period, including evidence that the funds being invested into the second project.
