How must we update our I-829 with new redeployment documents?

Do we send the redeployment documents showing funds invested in the second project for the I-829 application and the operating agreement showing evidence of the Investor’s Management Role?

Your immigration lawyer should be able to assist you in this process. Generally, redeployment documents may be submitted with the I-829 to show that the EB-5 investment remained “at risk” throughout the sustainment period, including evidence that the funds being invested into the second project.
