I understand there are a lot of documents involved in the EB-5 visa application. How many are we talking about? How many depend on me only and how many from the attorney and the regional center project I choose to invest in? A lot of my documents are in Mandarin, must I translate them all with an official translator?

Yes, any foreign language documents to be included must be translated and both the foreign language document and the translation must be included.
