If I invest in a regional center’s EB-5 project, how much information should I expect them to share with me after I invest? Right now, the offering package is very complete, with business plans and economic reports. But can I expect the same level of information afterwards?

EB-5 Immigration attorneysThis varies by Regional Center, but at minimum there must be quarterly reports. However, the critical aspect is to do due diligence before you invest since this is an “at risk” investment where it is required that you make or lose money in order to create jobs.
