If I were to obtain a bank loan for part of the EB-5 capital required for my investment, what would be the acceptable loan amount? Although I do have the funds, the current political climate concerns me, so I would like to finance part of the investment through a loan and keep the equivalent amount invested separately.

EB-5 Immigration attorneysThere is no limit on how much of your investment can come from borrowed funds. However, if the loan is secured, you will need to prove the original source(s) of your collateral. You should also demonstrate your ability to make payments on your loan with lawfully-acquired funds.
