I am considering applying for the EB-5 visa, especially since most of my relatives on my father’s side already live in the U.S. However, I would like to know my options for traveling abroad during the application process, as it can take a long time. I primarily plan to attend academic conferences and expos related to my research and development work.

EB-5 Immigration attorneysNo limitation on travel while the I-526 is pending but once you file the I-485 you will need the advance parole to travel – you request this with the I-485 and it usually arrives within 3-6 months.
