With my green card through the EB-5 program, I can only stay in the U.S. for one month every two years due to my business in my home country. To maintain my status, I need to apply for reentry permits. How long are they valid, and how many can I apply for?

EB-5 Immigration attorneysA reentry permit is usually valid for 2 years or, if you have a conditional green card, for the remaining validity of your green card. There is no limit on how many times you can apply for a reentry permit, but if you have spent over 4 years out of the last 5 outside the U.S., it will be only issued for 1 year.
