How many projects do EB-5 regional centers offer?

I would like some general information on EB-5 regional center projects. Do most regional centers have several different projects going on at once or just one at a time? If they have multiple, am I allowed to pick which one I want to invest in?

An investor always has a choice in picking the regional center and project. Some regional centers have multiple projects going on. However, the investor is informed in advance where his funds will be invested.

There may be multiple projects under the same regional center. You can choose any one you want.

You are encouraged to review the regional centers and their projects. Some may have more than one project going on, while others may have different phases of different projects. You may choose the open project in which you desire to invest.

EB-5 regional centers can sponsor as many projects as they wish. Some sponsor only one, some sponsor dozens (some of the largest ones have sponsored 30 or more!). It all depends, but you should retain immigration attorneys to assist you with immigration due diligence, and a financial or investment advisor to assist with investment advice.

Some regional centers offer several projects at one time, some have only one project to offer, and many regional centers are looking for a good project or are in-between projects. You certainly are free to choose any project you like as long as there is still space available in the project.

Some have numerous projects you could choose from, some have only one that they promote, and some have numerous projects but only fill up the quotas one at a time. You are free to choose.

Regional centers may have several different projects going on simultaneously as they deem fit. Also, in a lot of cases, if there are multiple projects going on, an investor may be able to choose which project he or she wants. In spite of these facts, it is advisable that an investor seeks an EB-5 attorney's counseling to ensure an investor makes the right choice.

There are hundreds of regional centers, some with one project, some with none, and some with several. You need to do due diligence on the project selected and the regional center.

Many regional centers may have several projects being offered at the same time because their project development may be so close together that they could offer them at the same time. You definitely have a choice of regional center or project within one regional center from which to choose. The choice of investment is for you, as the investor, to decide after due diligence. Do not let a broker or agent sell you a project without learning everything you can independently.

Some regional centers have more than one project at any given time and generally you would have a choice. I recommend you consult with your investment immigration attorney or investment professional before moving forward with any particular project, as due diligence can be critical to your success.

Yes, an EB-5 regional center may have several projects under its umbrella and yes, you can pick the one you wish to invest in.
