How long has USCIS been delayed in processing 2026 applications? I submitted my petition in March; I still haven’t received a reply, NOID, or RFE. My date is current, but I am invested in an Unreserved category project. With this grandfathering deadline coming up, I am afraid my petition will be pushed further down the line.
